they are a few days into flower, not quite a week. its vortex, all the same cut. there are 4 plants in 7 gal pots there, in my own super soil mixture.

Well you put the nail in the coffin for me not ordering Jesus OG. I grew one OG Kush from reserva privada... and it smelled exactly like you are describing... super funky smell almost garbagey not the good kind of super funk I did not really care for it and it has put me off the OGs... I was thinking with the OG's JTR influence it wouldn't have that but if I'm gonna end up with that same funky smell screw that!! I was already thinking about bypassing Jesus OG... now I definitely am 
On top of that, it must've been an average OG, because the high was f'in boring. That bakey indica high with nothing else to it no sativa influence... I do not like that at all... coulda just been the one I had

Yeah Reef, im not knocking the Jesus OG. It was fucking shimmering in crystals.. But it was just THICK with that OG smell. Lots of folks love it.
But i cant help it, i started with TGA and all the fruity smells and tastes, and now i think i could be flavor spoiled, haha.

I have never smelled anything like the strains from TGA... Ever, until I grew them... People thought I sprayed something the herb with to make it smell and taste like it did with querkle and jillybean... Querkle had to be the most amazing tasting and smelling one I've grown, and the most densest as far as structure aside from a few.. I've grown a couple kush's but I cant say I'd rather have them, I've done kandy kush, burmese kush, vanilla kush, and possibly another that I cant think of... and the only thing I really like about the kush or the ones I grew anyhow was the structure and bud density, KK was a giant bud on a stick that required me to pull off 2 fans and put it in the drying rack, no trimming whatsoever...
The fruity-ness and even just the oddness of the smells you get with TGA makes me wanna just keep pheno hunting and trying all of the strains they offer, the juicy fruit pheno of space dawg comes to mind when I said that.. how??? I almost cant fathom it and then I think about and dont care how it happens, but I'm just glad it does because no one has anything that smells like the stuff I grow, they all go for the sour diesels and kushs as you guys know as well.....The only reason I wish I had a bigger grow room is so I could run more different strains but it takes all I have to keep up with the size of the one i have now.... Honestly, I try to buy other breeders gear and I just keep ending up with TGA... I grew out querkle over a year ago, its like #2 on my next seed order to get it back into my garden I liked it so much... I have cheese quake flowering right now, I have QT seedlings coming up, and I have the void which I've grown before on standby so I can pop more of those when I get a chance, that was an awesome strain if anyone cares for a super purple apollo type strain.. I loved the energy and creativeness I got with that one...
And reef... You will more than likely get something along those lines with the AOS... I popped 3 AOS's seeds, I got 1 JTR and 2 BCS doms....all 3 were females, the 2 BCS doms were spitting purple/pink buds by week 3 of 12/12... The lighter feeding/fatter leaf having one will more than likely be the colorful one...

It's so sad my best friends mother died of an aggressive form of brain tumor and I can't help but wonder if her life couldn't have been saved and her quality of life preserved if the medical profession would only give cannabis a real shot in clinical settings like the study he was talking about. Her cancer was terminal, so what is the possible reason that exists for not trying cannabis on a person with terminal cancer even if you don't believe in it??
I've always been interested in how MMJ does what it does as far as curing diseases etc.. but I recently started seeing this girl that has MS and at the moment she walks around with a pocket book full of all sorts of shit... adderall for "fatigue", xanax and some other benzo for the anxiety that she gets when she can feel an episode coming, vicodin for the everyday pain that actually does nothing for her, but when she does have an episode she has to go to the hospital and they shoot her up with every possible opiate based pain killer known to man but none of it even touches the pain, they have to combine it with something else in order to knock her out basically and hope she's ok when she wakes up.... but on top of the other shit in her pocket book she has an assortment of muscle relaxers and those are just the ones she takes in pill form, she has all sorts of injections she has to take and all this crazy shit that she's going to be chained to for the rest of her life... a life thats actually going to be shorter that it would if she wasnt taking all that garbage to keep her going...
So since we've been seeing each other I've kinda opened her eyes a little bit about how big pharma and doctors dont really wanna cure her, all they want is to treat her for the rest of her life effectively making her a life long customer... But she made an appointment to get her MMJ card next week and so far I've got her on some edibles.. she really doesnt like smoking it but shes loving the edibles... last night we were at her house and I brought a batch of double chocolate/peanut butter chip cookies (medicated obviously) and just hung out and cracked up laughing all night... That was the first time she's actually gotten high since high school... She couldnt believe that something that makes you feel this good is not only, NOT bad for you, its actually good for you... We sat down while she was filling out the online pre-qualification form for the doctor and the list of side effects made us laugh so hard I was in tears and she pissed her pants kinda... Literally the side effects were like, increased appetite, giddiness, irritated/red eyes... There were a few more benign things that I dont even know how they consider them side effects but we were both like these are really side effects? Seriously? Compared to the side effects of the drugs that her doctors are feeding her, the ones from MMJ are almost welcomed... A few are welcomed actually, the appetite one especially...
It was actually a really good feeling to open someones eyes about how fucked up this country and how corrupt its health care system is, that they try to keep cannabis out of our hands when it can literally heal everything from a headache to the worst cancers imaginable and then some... and then have her be interested in actually taking a shot at changing the course of her life and trying to ween herself off all that other shit with my meds.... I've actually decided to take a qp of my meds and give the rick simpson hash oil a shot some point this week... I'd like to try subs tincture but I can make this a little quicker and start getting it into her body faster....
I read a couple statistics the other day....7 out of 10 people are killed by cancer but mainly the chemotherapy kills them or leads to them dying somehow... then the statistic after that was cannabis in the form of rick simpsons hash oil cures 7 out of 10 people its used on... I think thats amazing on one hand and a travesty on the other because they've been keeping this information from us for so long, actually telling us its bad, as bad as cocaine and herion anyhow... I'm not a big believer in religion but its really a sin to allow anyone to get sick any which way and not make cannabis legally available to them in some form or another...

On the topic of Rick Simpson Oil, check out the "Organic Ethanol Method" that i posted about on page 60 - post #593...
I would like to try this full method as soon as i can get the gear... But more then that, the big point to me is using Organic Ethanol as your solvent, rather then isopropyl, that way your not worried about ingesting something toxic. I dont see why one couldnt make it exactly the same way as RSO. Plus ,you can even leave it a little liquidy, for easier dosing.
Win-Win to me.

Awesome, thanks O.. I wasnt gonna use the isopropyl alcohol either, but I was gonna use grain alcohol.... I still have a little time so I'm gonna look into all options, I was just stating the method, I didnt really like the idea of using it either... In the video I watched he suggested using naptha? I believe... Yet its still something I've never heard of or used.. But when I heard that you could use grain alcohol I kinda settled on that seeing all the jungle juice I've drank in my younger days which had tons of grain in it and obviously no effect.. (sure it didnt...), but then again I still cant trace back the drain bamage I've acquired... so maybe I shouldnt use it, lol..
But I planned on researching it a little more before I got down and derty making it, which I'm shooting for some time this week or next weekend hopefully... yeah, thanks Snap! Yeah, its an Otto#1 pheno hunt really. All regular, so what ever males i get, will be replaced with some other high CBD girls. All CBD plants this outdoor run.
