hydro equals niche to sell equipment and books, and a cool ride at the epcot center. marijuana grows great in dirt! you can grow a crazy amount of weed in dirt. if you want advanced cultivation, well, this is newbie forum. if you get bored growing bomb weed at a gram a watt and you want to take nature to the next level, hydro is for you.

Can we see any proof of your gram a watt growth? Why wouldn't someone new to growing want to try hydroponics? Cannabis isn't that hard to grow if you have the slightest clue about gardening. Which is why you seem kind of like an oddity by stating you work in agriculture but seemed so confused and angry about mj. Just like any other market there is always going to be shysters and false idols, it's nice that you want to try and help newbies. Sometimes presentation gets in the way of the message though.

personally from my own experience PH dependency is one of the biggest myths in the hydroponics world
this myth was populated by the very same hippies like Jorge in favour of their dirt grows
Jorge has no real knowledge or experience of hydroponics

plants thrive on a ph range of 5.5-7
a good quality food will supply many elements in chelated form
the only real reason to need a PH meter would be if you have a very unstable water supply
or lack experience, or perhaps if you are conducting scientific research and recording data

dont forget people that shovel shit can also say they work in agriculture. its a very diverse field.

I think my pic is still up in the inspired art thread. This last time I really screwed up though. Got my labels confused and treated mystery seed like wwxbb that I'm familiar with and fucked it up a bit compared to what I'm used to. Oh well, live and learn, but I'll be damned if I wasn't the angriest trimmer ever that night. lol.

I am not buying any part of this, nor should any novice grower. 5 grows is hardly enough experience to make such claims about hydroponics and such. As for MG it is an effective fertilizer just not ideal ratios for MJ. Pictures would be nice. Take the Pepsi challenge.

CO2 is bullshit? Go fuck yourself. There's scientific proof that increasing levels of CO2 within a grow room increases nutrient intake, which in turn speeds up growth.
