I have a few of those green ones myself! Haha.. hey, it sure beats paying out the ass for those 3$ jobs at wal marts! Don't it! ?: I have grew out a 4ft tall plant in these! Didn't have one bit of issues with it getting rootbound either. They actually do pretty good honestly..

lol ..I use the "sand buckets" all the way through myself! From vegging to flowering. Hadn't had any issues yet with rootbound plants. Been using them now for around 6 months. Hell I had a 3 & half ' tall girls in one, and she LOVED it honestly. My Dad always told me as long as the plants are getting the correct amount of nutrients, that the roots don't have to "search" all of the containers for the nutes & water, thus eliminating "rootbound" plants.
Is this the thread that I told somebody to go to the bakery dept. at the local grocery store and get free frosting buckets?
They come in 2 1/2 and 5 gal. sizes.
