Atittude seed bank scam beaware 2013

I have notice a lot later people have been having trouble with attitude seed bank in my eyes they where the best and i had never any problems with them up unit 4 months ago
It seems to be they are using your local laws against you trying to say we sent orders to you and saying customs got them but when you check the tracking numbers they provide its delivered to another country ????

Please read these following emails.. I never received my last two orders and i understand sometimes these things happen but providing fake tracking numbers ect to cover the fact they never sent the orders is just a all time low, The second order was sent to the wrong country apparently and they blame royal mail witch i did fall for until the tracking number started to go to someones house lol [/FONT]

IDK man thats a new one. i know people suck at there jobs and stupid shit happens all the time tho. attitude definitely isn't handling as professionally as they could of thats for sure. they should probably reship or refund you but then again if it is still just in the wind they can't be sure that both packages will come then. idk its just beans they probably could just double send it to you and i bet one of the smaller ceed banks would in a heartbeat but attitude is a whole nother animal. attitude is a $$$ profit driven business through and through and they are gonna protect their bottom line. double sending packages doesn't protect the bottom line very well.

i personally have always used attitude and luckily have always had good luck so far BUT i don't have any delusions about what they are. They are out to make money money money!!!!!!!!

i got a bag of Doritos once that was almost empty and just for laughs i called up Frito lay to see what was up. i felt like i was calling the vatican looking for the pope. hold after hold after hold after hold after laughing at me then on hold i was the joke of the day. WOULD OF BEEN SO EASY to just send another bag or just to say DAMN that sucks sometimes our stupid machines mess up we can't really send you another one cause there is no way to prove that and we can't set a PRECEDENCE that can be refereed to in court. if they honor my bag its gonna be really hard to not honor the scammer that comes after them saying whole shipments didn't show up. Thats the bummer when $$$ is the bottom line. you gotta not care about how people perceive you (thats what the marketing department is there for!) DEFEND THE PROFIT and let the marketing guys bandage up and burns.

Knowing this I'm sure a lot probably wanna shop elsewhere and i probably will too myself IF the beans i need are there.... attitude being the profit beast and marketing beast they usually get first dibs on ceeds and More stock then others. shit sucks but thats the world we live in.

Ive only had one problem with the tude before i ordered some bubba kush pick and mix along with some others.well first the cup was broken that i payed for but i didnt care aboit the cup.my bubba was cracked so i conacted them in hopes they might resent it.they told me to send it back and they will resend it i was like wtf? Lol i jist laughed and tossed the bean.but i did make a few other orders and no prob. But ive been seeing all these complaints about them now i think i might go with herbies and i know for sure im grabbing some sannies real soon! Sorry to hear the tudes being like that i always thought they were the "go to" bank..

definitely the most recognizable and most used and probably the most successful seed bank (successful as in getting seeds to growers) But thats just from a volume point of view. overall i bet they have the same seizure percentage as the other banks its just how they handle some of the situations that is so bad. its kinda like back in the day when MJ was illegal. if someone wanted to complain about their product most usually give you a big laugh in the face lol. shits illegal what are you gonna do call the cops and say HEY THIS GUY DIDNT GIVE ME A PROPER ILLEGAL PRODUCT! Shit sucks and if they are using this to their advantage then BAD ATTITUDE, BAD!

P.s. side note my mug showed up smashed too. i was totally bummed

Lol! When some of my friends would complain about the quality of the bud and say they were gunna call the guy back i would laugh and say hope you have your receipt lol!! And now that i think back i think the tude just wanted a picture of the bad bean but i didnt feel like it it wasnt a big deal to me and i used that cup method the first time still use it actually lol!!

Yeah bro i used them for years and only ever had these last two problems and once before not receiving all my seeds but i didn't bother complaining it was only the monthly promo and the rest where all good. So have you used Herbies what other seed bank would you recommend ?

I'm very thankful for attitude and all other souvienier depot's, bottom line is that shit's illeagal,most everywhere and anyone placing order's has to accept every and any risk involved,mix-up's,siezure's,damaged in transit,out of stock or anything else possible.I order fully understanding that my 300-600$ dollar pakage might not get to me and it's a risk i'm willing to take. What suck's is that a few retard's are going to fuck up a nice resource for the rest of us, so they can be kool and post pic's or tell what and how,when and where they got it.Guess the bright side of it is that when we don't have these kind of place's to get souvenier's from and wanna-b's don't have quality stock or the know how to create them on their own they will b s.o.l and the rest of os will be safer for it. Sorry didn't intend to rant.

You just go demanding a refund, then get all aggressive at the girl. Their terms of use state that they can NOT re-ship before 21 days. They make NO claim that they will refund anything, only to RE-SHIP LOST ORDERS OR DAMAGED CONTENT. The law in the UK does NOT ALLOW THEM TO SELL SEEDS FOR GERMINATION so be REALLY happy they are getting away with all of us breaking that one rule that keeps them in business.

If you go through the forums and read the reviews on Attitude, you will find all the tips you need to get your package to your door safely. YOU fucked up. Not them. So you give them the worst lip and of course your account gets deleted. Thousands of happy customers and then guys that just lose it over nothing.

I can't think of one other person that didn't have their order re-sent if something went wrong, not ONE.

And also the tracking number they gave me isnt in the "wrong mail bag" like they said it would of been forwarded within 3 days i guess you didnt check the tracking number before you had your hissy fit on here

I have had nothing but great luck when using Attitude. I have ordered from them about 9x over the past 2 years, and I received my packages without any issues. I have been ripped off buying seeds online though, so I do feel your pain. Now honestly I think you handled it badly on your part. You was basically being a smartass and was using risky behavior. I mean why the hell are you saying that you are behind on a grow season because you still hadn't received your seeds. That is just being stupid on your part. These seeds are sold strictly as souvenoirs, so saying shit like that is just hot! They have to cover their asses. Anyways I still hope that you get your seeds. I would just remember this next time. Best of luck!

AGAIN HOW IS IT MY FAULT all i did was give them money for them to write the wrong address on a parcel if your saying its my fault i didnt get a refund i will with a chargeback from visa THIS POST ISNT COMPLAINING ABOUT A REFUND I MAY OR MAY NOT GET its about the customer service you receive with attitude and the scamming behavior who knows if they just didnt have the right stock in at the time, so they just give you someone else tracking number knowing they will make you wait it out for 21days and then ask for another 10days
while the new stock is coming in?
Its called marketing if they didnt have the stock we would go to herbies or greenhouse or dinafem

why would i want to deal with them if they keep delaying the process the idiots are still chassing me on facebook trying to get me to take this down offering freebies( I was very well known to them and we always had messages from them & talks on the page about stuff i too havent had problems in years as well this is why i am so pissed off) in the end i am a man of principle and all i am saying is if someone clearly has sent it to a wrong address and the customer waits it out why ask for another 10 days why even make it a hassle its not like they sent it to me and i am scamming them they can see the tracking too its crystal clear to see and should be simple fix considering its in the USA and i live in AUS

I just want to show everyone how much of a fuck arond it was and how they make mistakes and make the customs wait becuase it somehow there fault and should wait ( Sorry i will not wait for attitude to get the returned mail back from across the world before they reship it and we dont order and get our seeds then pay a month later do we ? )

I've never had a problem with them . First order was large . Like 50-60 beans total , came here no problem . Even had a buddy who's package went through Chicago same time as me delivered 45 minutes away from me too ... His was taken by customs mine was not . As far as custom seizures and USPS stealing shit ... Oh yeah it happens . I'm not a thief but I did work for FedEx . Trust me shit doesn't just " disappear " . But to continue it seems everyone's experience is unique . As I agree attitude NEEDS to hide things better ... Their customer service is impeccable. After reading horror stories in here I got so paranoid I couldn't barely eat for days .shit I even called Rachel at attitude and made sure they would ship it differently if confiscated and she was more than happy to reassure me . All I can say is attitude is the shit and you catch more bees with honey than vinegar , you were rude man :/ no offense if I were her I'd have been far less courteous . The customers not always right :/
