So you care about things that affect other people negatively. If I spend my last $3 on a lottery ticket, hoping, albeit misguided, I win, and I don't, it doesn't affect me negatively?

Yes that's a stretch, but from what you said, it should still apply, yet, I'm guessing, it doesn't.. Is it because that last $3 could have fed me? Is feeding me one more day any better than risking that meal on a chance to win meals for a lifetime? Why?

good for him.. he's one of the MANY idiots who had a plan on striking it rich of State sponsored gambling (he may have won this round ) but I wonder how much he has wasted to in the past..... I always here stories of winners who never have enough to pay the rent each month yet find the extra 20-100$ to throw away..

this is what the gov wants us to believe... you cant win if you dont play.. POT is bad.. Gambling GOOD.. take these rx drugs if you feel that you have anxiety awaiting your lotto numbers to be called.. dont worry about the anal leakage issue.. we have supplied a months worth of depends for you..

I will admit to playing in the past.. dont think I have spent more then 5$ at any given time and might have played 1-2 times a year a few years ago..

An ex gf on mjne's father won a couple of grand down atlantic city when she was a kid.. I'm not sure on an exact amount, but I'll say about $10k or so for shits and giggles.. probably around the mid 80s or so..
Of course he caught the bug and for the 7 years we dated, I wouldn't see her dad from Friday till about 11 or 12 o'clock at night Sunday. He'd come home broke as a joke and would have spent the weekend in a comp'ed room at the casino..
Sure he would win from time to time, but god damn that man must have lost an easy million or so over the years .. me, if it weren't for bad luck, I'd have none at all, so I don't even waste my time gambling.. plus, in realize casino's aren't in business to be given money away..
