The funny thing is I didn't fail out, my grades in my last semester were outstanding. Administration forced me to take a LOA when I disclosed my situation, as required by my states ethics. So after a year, I can go back. Well, less than a year now. Anyway, If I say your average black man who is retarded what does that mean? I am getting folks to think about the average black man, and then I am stating that this same average black man is also a retard, but he happens to be average.
