I run 3 1000 watters all day in a basement in humid ass hot ass weather outside, and my room stays 78 degrees without fail during lights on, because it has air to mix with.

Its your choice.

I would reccomend Soil.

A.) since your a newbie and soil is apple pie to learn compared to hydro.
B.) It is much easier to work with when Scroggin!

Make sure you get FOX FARM OCEAN FOREST.

What you have drawn there is some sort of wierd mesh between a Ebb and Flow and bubbler type system.

your close in understanding how it works, but not fully there.

My reccomendation is SOIL!

You are gonna love Soil!!! It is awesome.

or if you really, really wanna be part of the hyrdoponics crowd we can have you go COCO- Coir.

I use Coco myslef and it is a essentially inert medium, meaning it is Hyrdo...

dual arc, I guess, the hps and mh in a single bulb.

I checked em out an heres my concensus.

For one the bulb only outputs 110,000lumens because it is essentially a 600 watt HPS bulb and a 400watt mh bulb that runs off of a 1000 watt ballast

So you are sacrificing your 1000 w ballast to essentially run two lights that still have to follow the distance laws from plant canopy that a 1000 watt light does.

I mean dont get me wrong it has a benifit, in that HPS light now has a great blue spectrum while maintaing its red, but I would use them personally, because I use the spread I can achieve from a full 1000 watter to my advantage at 150,000lumens.

the 600 watt bulb is even worse at only 68,000lumes because its a 300/300 wat mix.

Overall, I dont think I care for em.

I would use HPS for veg even, no need for me to go out buying new bulbs and what not.
