Which Strains form really Rock Hard Buds?


(The Hardest Nuggetted Strain I have experienced so far is " Black Hole ")

I've seen rock hard nugs on the following strains.


DNA Genetics - Sour Cream
DINAFEM - Critical+
DELICIOUS SEEDS - Fruity chronic juice
WHITE LABEL - White ICE.
DINAFEM - MOBY Dick



These come to mind easily.

I'll try and remember a few more for you later.

the most rock hardest bud i have ever grown has got to be northern lights x big bud
also original uk chesse was solid not as solid as nlxbb thou no point mentioning others

Why is it some strains start flowering early?


(In my case: my Durban Poisons all started flowering in June... and it looks like I will be harvesting an August crop... When in normal circumstances in my southern Spain area u won't harvest till sept. oct. time)

I keep my flower room at a low temp 65-68 degrees, and ALL my buds are very dense, if it's too warm they tend to be fluffy and airy, hope this helps :weed:

I think a lot of plants are made that way by selective breeding. Indica's flower earlier, probably due to evolotion, and i just learned they were not introduced here until the 60's. Before that it was all land race sativa, with 14-20 week flower times. Then folks started mixing in the indica and lowering the flower times. Since short flower times have been desired by growers, both home and commercial, these plants have been unnaturally selected to continue.

At least thats what i think based on what i read the last few days about breeding.

Is it normal for Kush Strains to have longer thinner branches?

(Case in point... my Power Kush has very spindly branches - looks like it will need a lot of propping up once it begins to bud....)
