im making this into a bitching post !. fucking mi now requires medical history for every patient . meaning no mmmj certs unless every patient has medical history in hand from a real doctor when they see the mj doctor to get certified , so this means in 2 months 4 of my patients certs expire and they don't have real medical history because they don't have money to go to the doctors , and the mj doctors now charges 150 to renew your certs. so I used to pay for the mj doctor fees and state fee 250 total. now they have to go to a real doctor a shady one get history nother 150 dollars each ! so each patient will cost me 400 fucking dollars each to get legal. wtf ? am I expose to doo . fucking going to close up my grow just to 24 plants. from 72. I was hardly making any money already because of the fucking electric bill. the economy is so bad and putting me out of business too ! my old business is dead as well working on cars . all the shops close up in my city, work at walmarts ? I guess ill look for real patients which are very hard to come by around here all pot heads . I am looking for used equipment , might make a pot porn shop with all the equipment collecting dust here in Mi . I scan Craigslist all the time and it never fails . So many people are selling and shutting down and counting there losses early on ..

One can make a decent wage by caregiving with 5 patients but they better have there game and genetics in order while being realistic , in the end you may not be rich but if you love the plant you will love your life simply put !

I think that is his point. I'm pretty much at the point of saying fuck legal. It wasn't bad at the beginning, but it's gotten worse ever single verdict. I was shocked when it passed, but not at all when the verdicts started rolling in. I've been waiting for the old guard politicians to finally die off so we might get some sensible representation but mean age of judges is about 112 and they rule like they are mayor of the world. No co-op growing. No dispensaries. No fucking concentrates so children with medical conditions have to smoke to b legal. No fucking way to play by the rules. So....why? LARA isn't even fucking necessary for sec. 8 so why? The price is far too high for the Jack fuck that it gets you.

The law was never designed for caregivers to "Make a living", it was designed to put the plant in the hands of patients that need it.

I moved here from a state in the south that likes to lock people up for 3-5 for growing a few plants, so unlike the whiners who "just can't make a living", I thoroughly appreciate the fact that I can legally grow 12 plants without the concern of my door being kicked down by a paramilitary narcotics hit squad. If you can't simply appreciate the fact that the plant is more free in the state of michigan than it has in over 70 years, I suggest you pack up, move south, and learn all you can about growing coca and processing it into cocaine...I hear there's good money in that.
