Devastating honey-bee losses in Ontario. People are blaming incesticides called, Neonicotinoids. They're based on Nicotine, and were recently banned in Europe due to the findings issued in a study posted below.

Bayer is now suing "Europe?" to remove the ban.

When all the bees are gone, the food supply is gone. Who benefits from that?

i don't really understand that, as even monsanto still needs bees to pollinate their crops, no?? maybe not, i'm not all up on this gmo stuff..

Monsanto is producing self-pollinating hybrids resistant to bugs and round-up.

Self pollinating crops are already used so a large scale multi crop version is probably
ready to hit the market. Just gotta get past all of this other GMO stuff like science and the law.

With the law taken care of it wont be long until our food system is manipulated and monopolized again.

yeah, i kinda figured as much after my last post.. you'll have to excuse my lack of knowledge of all things monsanto.. :(
I'm pretty ignorant of this stuff too. I just see a lot of shit about Monsanto in the news.

I grow my own food so I try not to worry about this stuff too much.

Surely humans...the most advanced creatures on the planet would find a will to live...im hopin anyway....I try to give myself a little more credit than that my existence depends on bees.

I dont think we would die w out bees.
“If the bee disappeared off the face of the earth, man would only have four years left to live.”

― Albert Einstein

i'm not saying it's true, merely pointing out what a truly intelligent man had to say about the existence of bees, but that was before monsanto..
