Possible purple strain?

Ok, here's the deal, I've been vegging two plants for about a month and a half now under 24 hours of light. I have 5 CFL's and 1 fluorescent soft spectrum grow light. I also have one fan. The temperature stays around 78 degrees F.

Both plants came from bagseed but they're both completely different. One plant is really bushy with thin, sativa-like, leaves and is 100% green. The other plant is kinda tall with fat, indica-like, leaves and is about 75% purple on the stems but all the leaves are a very healthy green. I know the plant is not cold and I'm pretty sure there isn't a phosphorous deficiency so does that mean the purple stemmed one is a purple indica phenotype? I'll get pictures of it in a little while. All I've got to take pictures right now is my phone and my laptop... :blsmoke:

Ok, so here's a picture of a stem I cut off due to my plant going through a lot of heat stress (last week I went away for 3 days and my room mate turned the AC off while we were out so my plant went through some heavy heat stress but it's fine now and healthier than ever)

This is the kind of purple I am talking about. All the stems that aren't new nodes turn a deep purple after the leaves mature.

Here's a pic of the plant a couple weeks ago.

You can notice how the main stem is only about 5% purple in that picture and the nodes are only starting to turn purple. That was about 2 weeks ago.

Now the plant nodes that have already developed are a very deep purple with fat indica leaves and the main stem is about 70% purple.

Sorry for the crappy quality. When my friend gets back from where ever he is I'll use his camera to take high quality pics.

*bump*

Anyone know if the information I have provided means it's more than likely a purple strain I got in some bagseed? I know someone can answer this.
