Total expenses for these three pots alone please? are those the plastic lined grow bags? I've seen them, black inside, white outside?

$12-$15 total for all 3. Cost for soil and bag.
If they were 3 gallon it would be around $25 for 4 depending on what i am using. lol
Grow bags are yes black and white. I like them because i can write on the bag directly. plus i will reuse these.
Bags are about $3-$5 for 10 2 gallon. and 5-7 for 15 3 gallon. No name brand or anything. but i think they work well....

Very few holes, but i have never had a problem with root rot unless over watered. as long as you don;t over do the watering you will be good.
