Not so. Another thing, if it is a nutritional based program it will have "X" amount of foods per day based on the person(s) in the household. You should really explore the WIC program and how it's managed.

I have a problem with the way tax dollars are spent on many things, however my moral compass
does not allow me to take food from people. I would far rather take a chunk out of other budgets instead of food from a child.

No that's not true. Once something is taken without consent, it's STOLEN. It doesn't magically become "not stolen", regardless of who took it or what they intend to spend it on.

Dictating to people what they will do with the fruit of their labor seems slavish.

I'm LMAO at some of the comments here......more babys = more benefits.....I see it daily......just wait until those tykes are allowed to vote, this country is on a downward, dumbed down spiral that can't be stopped. Hope you are enjoying the train wreck, because at some point there won't be enough money to fund anything. What do you think will happen then?

I think you are missing my point. People can and should be able to eat what they want, all they have to do is use their resources or the resources that are voluntarily given to them.

If you have a problem with "taking" things and dictating to people, perhaps you should delve a bit deeper into HOW you propose doing things. You advocate taking without consent, I advocate helping people thru voluntary means. Your method is "telling people what to do"....mine isn't.

More babies = a larger tax pool. A healthy, educated society is far more productive than a sick and dumb
society. Production increases when people are healthy and that puts more money in the system.

I see restricting people from healthy, educated lives by pricing them out of the equation as keeping people
under control because they can hardly ever come out of it.

Taxation with representation is the magic. You have the option to elect someone to change the law. What makes the infrastructure and security you enjoy magically "free"?
If you don't enjoy paying your fair share you are free to move somewhere else.

It's fucked up that veggies, etc are relatively so expensive compared to junk food over there. Here you can make a meal for 6 people from scratch for about $12.

Thats with meat, 3 types of veg and carbs of some variety (pasta, potato, etc) whereas a regular Big Mac meal for example would cost about $10...

I don''t mind ppaying taxes, It does suck that they are wasteing the money.. I just try to tell myself that mmy money gets spent on good things like roads and um the justice system...no um the um military....no err um roads ... no I said that.

Give me a few seconds and I will come up with something else good........fire dept is local, that counts right?

Air traffic control is a good one!
