Hey RIU! Hope every one is good.
Normally I dont make these type posts. Ive grew many seeds and a handful of my buddies have some legit og cuts that they've paid top dollar for, drove halfway around the country to get, or sold their souls to the devil himself for.
My old friend used to grow a couple years back got busted and did a couple years in the state pen. He had the dankest shit ever. Called it OG kush, never anything else. Anyway, he got out recently and said he had a surprise for me. It was a little round container called yeti with a monkey doing some meditation. Loompas farms was the name.
There were only 3 seeds left in the pack. He said they were old and not left in the best environment for storing seeds. I only got one bean to pop and it was a female. The plant was super dark green, very vigorous, and started packing on buds and frost since early in bloom. Branches out well with topping and LST, not as much stretch as Im used too. (which is nice) It quickly out produced my other OG's by stacking calyxes one on top of the other. The OG im used to make popcorn like nugs, these are baby fists of dank! The plant was super stinky. Classic OG fuel funk mixed with a strong scent of nail polish.
I cut of a premature bud last week and smoked it this evening. Wow! It was the classic OG, but overpowering almost. My house stunk of this long after the burn. Fuel, funk, lemony, pine, with a chemical nailpoish smell and tatse that Im not used too. Ive never had anything with unique flavor/smell. I absolutley love it! The whole thing just got the chop today, it could have went another week but I am too geeked.
I think I have found my holy grail, an OG that is very powerful but well balanced. Yields more than any true og I have ever had or seen. And the clone took off like crazy. Its better than the guys smoke that I got the seeds from, if I remember correctly, so I must have got a badass pheno. The only thing I can say bad is that I did spot 2 or 3 bananas poking out, but none busted open.
I did some research but cant come up with much at all. I dont even see where loompa farms sell seeds? I dont even see yeti on their menu? I feel like I just won the lottery, regardless of whatever it is! Does anyone know more about this gem?
