A purple kush that pollinated my, grape ape dom, kings kush.

The male was beautiful and super indica growth like the kings. could have sworn it was a female but it ended up bein male and now i got about 100 seeds.

Gonna run a dozen of em and pick 2 males and 2 females. then cross one male with one female and the other male with the other female. Then out of those 2 females seed stock ill pick a momma cut and a daddy cut.

theyre very similar in growth so it should be pretty easy, just take time. Then hopefully by next spring ill have some ok f2s to put outside.

Itll be the Kings Grape Drank. hahaha. If the flavor is there.

I'm running 50 fem seeds of 1 strain i make. at least 50. I want that ONE perfect phenotype to self.
and another 50 of a reg strain i make to see what there is.... May or may not have a good enough male to continue so i can start more as i cull bad males.

When creating fem seeds are you using a female plant to self pollinate, so when the pollen hits it it has two female genes. Instead of one female one male?

Sounds like a plan! im also gonna be runnin some DOG kush by Breeders boutique and its supposed to naturally throw a couple nanners its first time but clones after that usually wont. So ill save up any nanners and make my own fem seeds of the best one. From what i hear theyre all strong as fuck. Im just lookin for a yielder pheno.

Its funny, ive hated males and havent had a single one in my grow room til the purple kush and ever since ive just been goin mad with breeding ideas.

Yes. HOWEVER. it's not stress induced so you won't produce herm seeds in the process... If you have a plant herm on you from stress or genetics. that's one thing..


I am using Colloidal Silver to make my fem pollen.

Chilling Stew and Ghost working them man hours. Gonna be putting OT hrs in. Daddy wants a whole new set up. I can't decide how many lights I wanna run. I'm solo so I don't wanna be overwhelmed. As I also like my outdoor ladies too.

I'm thinking two 600 watters for my flowering area. I still got a 400 hps lying around. Gonna use it with a MH conversion bulb for veg/clone/mother room.

Something about silver makes female cannabis plants produce male parts with female genes. So the pollen produced would be female pollen to produce female seeds.

I don't know the chemistry of it, but I know it's worked for so many others. I might as well try myself. lol....

The silver interferes with the active site of an ethylene using protein that's required for the plant to make female flowers. When it can't make female ones it will default to making male ones.

I am sorry to hear that MrEDuck. My fiance just lost her uncle two days ago, he fell off a roof while volunteering for something. So sad, I can relate to how you may be feeling. And thanks for the answer on the CS I knew something was going on there. Can't wait to give it a try!
