Which country to move to

I posted a thread a week or os ago about a friend and I moving to New Zealand. It seems to be an impossible task for us because I only have a high school degree and my friend is currently in school doing just his gen eds.
I hope that it's not true that I can't move there because it'd be absolutely amazing. Unfortunately reality is harsh and we may not be able to achieve this goal.

One thing is certain. We want to leave the country, and see some of the world before it's too late. And we do not want to live in the U.S.
So now my question is which countries are the best for living, especially for people with only a small education like the two of us.

We'd like to go somewhere that is not going to partake in any wars and such, we want a quiet place, a beautiful place. Really just a new place that is quiet and we can farm and relax.
From there we will travel to other areas, but just travel. We want to have a base somewhere.

I am also concerned about the price of education. I;d love to go to school for what I want to do. Something having to do with physics. And I know that a lot of countries have borderline free education, which I feel should be open for anybody. U.S education is just extremely expensive(apparently). I cannot afford a full one, and even if I did.. Guh.. I need somewhere where I can relax, learn, and grow. Away from this place really. There is nothing for me here, and I feel like if I completely engulfed myself with a different way of living, I would get out of this routine shell and do something with myself, ya know?
Any help is appreciated.

Well lets see. How many languages do you know? Narrow it down to which countries offer free schooling in that language?

You want to do something in physics without a degree...

North Korea might have some job openings.

I know English, and a good amount of Spanish.

I did some reading on Uruguay and it seems interesting as well! Thanks for the reference.
I'm having trouble finding specific details though, I can't seem to find costs of college(I saw something saying it was free but there was also a lot more to it). And I can't seem to find laws anywhere.

Seems a lot easier of a process than New Zealand though.

BC?

I've loosely thought about Canada. Let me read up on that a bit!
My response was a serious one, though I do joke about my country and some of it's policies, I feel that it does offer a great amount of freedom to become who/what you want to be. There are government programs that allow for students abroad to come here and get a break on their tuition and help with housing as well.

Canada doesn't want freeloaders. If you want to immigrate to Canada you will need $250,000 in the bank or provide a job to four Canadians. If you want to go to school in Canada you better get your grades up. They don't want to be the United States' Community College.

tho they do allow u to go topless (girls) and the health care system does rock

but the answer is simple .........porta rico (they speak english mostly) the area is nice the weather is good all year and to study down there is cheap (it is a usa area so odds of u getting kidnap/shot for being white asshole is much lower then other places) .....................the down side is they dick u over any money u make u can not take it out of the country ...........they dicked several of the big boys over with that and fightsd in the court systems in 70 and 80s grandfather got dicked how i know about it

So the only upside is cheap education and nice weather, if you want that then stay home, get an education online and keep the thermostat set at 72.
