7 strains. Need input for which will be best

Good day RIU. I have 7 different strains germ'd right now. All little seedlings looking healthy. Just growing them out to be mothers till big enoug to take clones. Until then I'm trying to figure out which ones to use. My grow room is 4x4x4.5 (LxWxH). I have a 600 w hps for flower and I'm trying dtw coco sog with 16 clones vegged for two weeks max. I just want to know people's experience with any of these strains. How fast they root, how tall, yield, density, smell, taste, potency. Anything just to give me an idea of what to use.

These are the strains.
1. Querkle
2. Skywalker OG
3. Sour Kosher
4. Martian Kush
5. Silver kush
6. Punky lion
7. Critical plus
I'm going to grow out querkle regardless. I like the way the skywalker og is looking so far and hear its potent, but stretchy which might not be good in my sog grow. Punky lion is supposed to be a mostly indica strain so that might be good. But I just want to know from experiences. So your input is greatly appreciated

Nobody has grow out these strains with details of plant growth? Come on guys. I'm just looking for a little input.
I've searched the web but I mostly find smoke reports, not grow reports. I don't trust the breeders description either.
It's a tough decision since they all sound good. But I think I can rule out silver kush as that will probably be a monster stretcher.

IMHO Querkle was complete hype. Looked good ZERO high. Weak yield.

Which seed banks critical plus and skywalker?....... Makes a HUGE difference.

Ie done a lot of research on querkle and the only negative aspects were yield and slow veg. Every single thread I found of smoke reports say its a nice stone with amazing flavor. But I guess I'll find out.

As for the skywalker OG it's from reserva privada
the critical plus was a freebie but I believe it's Dinafem.

Skywalker OG, Sour Kosher, and Silver Kush I'm sure are all going to be bomb. I just started a grow journal for Sour Kosher (Sour Diesel x Kosher Kush). I am stoked to try this smoke.

I think I'm throwing in sour kosher as well. It was also a freebie but it seems to be a good one. It's one of my healthiest fastest growing seedlings of the bunch. The 2 most vigorous seedlings are my skywalker OG's.
so I have sour kosher, querkle, punky lion and possibly critical plus. Those 4 seem like they will best suit a sog grow, as far as genetics goes.
Skywalker og is looking like a good candidate.

What if I used some bush master on the sativa dominant strains a few days before 12/12 flip? Or during the first week of 12/12. Would it actually shorten the stretch and keep the canopy more level with the shorter indica dominant strains?

I love the sour koshers growth, it wants to grow like a bush. At least the pheno I ended up with. There it is sour kosher, from the tude. If you'd like to see it threw harvest check out my journal.
I also have matian kush, and silver kush although I am saving them for a later date.

I checked out your journal. Looks like you did a good job ! But I'm glad to hear you say it grows bushier rather than vertical. I'm confident that at least 4 of the 5 will be good to grow in my style.

I just need to make sure I keep an even canopy, while using multiple strains. I get bored easily tokin on the same stuff for 2 months so I need options. But I also don't want to sacrifice yield. So using the stretchier strains may not be ideal unless I can prevent them from stretching/towering over the shorter strains.

But again, thanks for your post and thread!

skywalker can be a big plant with really big branches. better crop the crap out of it for sog. Hope you have a better experience than I. Advanced nutrients and co2, and still not dense. Buddy did their holy grail and it was amazing.

I have a pack of the Skywalker og and critical + not popped yet, they're on deck. Probably going to start in two weeks or so.

How long did you veg? What lights did you use for veg/flower. And how many plants in flower room. How tall did they start/finish at?

I need details. Advanced nutrients doesn't automatically mean perfect nugs.

Does anyone know if bushmaster is worth the money? I've read some people say it decreases yield due to the fact it stops vertical node growth. So apparently there's less nodes. Sis there any truth to this or is it a bunch of bull?

It's carcinogenic so I wouldn't use it. All those PGR's are. And there is reason to believe it will reduce your yield as well, especially if you apply it improperly - and since all plants are a little different, the chances of that are high IMO.

yea I've read it can be unhealthy but I wasn't sure how much of that was true either. But it seems to be a reoccurring statement so I might stay away from it.
Would my best bet to keep the sativas short to supercrop them? Instead of supercroping to bush out though I would just be doing it to stunt the vertical growth/stretch during the first few weeks of flower. So i would have the plant tied up straight so it doesn't lean over and try to turn lower branches into colas as I want single cola sog.

Will super cropping accomplish this? Or will the girl still stretch ?

You could consider hanging your bulbs vertically and then the sativas can grow tall without worry.

Alternately I'd rather supercrop than top. Flower them early and use more blue spectrum (MH) during the stretch period to cut down on it.

I thought about going vertical but decided not to for other reasons. Bu I guess when it comes down to it ill just try to supercrop the sativa and see what happens. I don't have a mh for my 600w (plus I have magnetic ballast for flower and its only for hps bulbs). But I do have some 4ft flueros with 6500-7500kelvin, so I might try to add those in the mix. Thanks for the help.

Do you have any recommendations of which of the strains to use? Or have any experience with them?
