A majority of people or a single person telling others that they MUST pay for something they don't want or need is still using the force of government to perpetuate a theft.

A majority of people cannot make a "theft" of a right of a single person acceptable.
Income tax, sales tax, property tax, drivers license fees, auto insurance, social security taxes...I don't wanna pay any of them, yet to avoid jail and fines I pay them all.

i don't think they audit too many 1040EZ filers.
Correct Buck they don't do it very often. But, you might be on their radar if you're a registered caregiver.

Not sure about your states laws on sales tax, but here were supposed to pay sales tax. Our states taxation bureau has contacted and received a list of caregiver from the states MMJ program.

Glad I paid an attorney that also happens to be on the states MMJ board to set up my business and make sure I avoid all the possible tax and legal liabilities.

i'm sure that i'm on the radar of many people and have been for some time now. if i lived my life worrying about that kind of thing, i'd be living paralyzed.

i refuse to live like that.

if they're gonna come get me, they're going to come get me and there is nothing i can do about it. my actions may have consequences, and i have to accept that risk.

Thank you for admitting that they are a result of coercive means. Which kinds of interactions do you prefer to have with people, those kind that use force (rape, war, compulsory payments for "services" you didn't ask for) or those kind that rely on a mutual exchange on a voluntary basis?

I understand completely Buck, taking some risk goes with the territory we've both chosen.

I just prefer to minimize my risk by declaring that income and giving Uncle Sam his cut. That being said I'm a "service" business. I'm paid for the service of consulting my patients, and growing the plants that THEY own. Not selling a product, therefore no sales tax applies to my services.

Hope you had a good season

All laws are coercive means though.

I and you obey all kinds of laws that we don't agree with. It's part of living in any society.

If those laws are unconstitutional they can be repealed through our Congress or struck down by the courts

this season ended rough. 8 inches of rain in september, we normally get 1.2. it was a record for the 130+ years we've been keeping records. not only that, our highs sometimes didn't get above 55, which is early-mid november averages.

just a horrible way to finish the main crop. lost about 1/3 of the production and had to chop early. i hear your neck of the woods didn't fare much better with the weather.

Sorry to hear that Buck...ya we had a horrible season too. Crazy heat in July and August and September was rain all month it seemed. We had some issues w/ road work so the greenhouse stayed on hold this season. Too many prying eyes could see the location and I didn't wanna risk it. Only ran 1 big plant outside and had to move her indoors due to security issues from the road work and surveyors being around all spring

it was a mess, but not a hot one.

challenging the ignorance of the youth is key to their eventual attainment of wisdom.

My uncle is like this, negative re-enforcement.. I remember he said I was, let me see if I remember, oh yeah, "STUPID, STUPID, STUPID, STUPID". lol.. I was trying to talk to him about his life, he is a VERY smart person and he makes the DUMBEST mistakes..

Popped in Nevada for weed, he was chain-smoking joints while driving 45 in a 25mph zone and 4 ounces of fresh weed in the car, oh yeah, he did this in a rental car with no license plate(lol) - refused to do his time. Popped in Tennessee for weed, got probation, got busted again and again... Sentenced to a few years in the pin.. - He has written multiple books and news articles, he has been on the show "Jeopardy!", didn't win.

...and I am the stupid one who has a college degree as B.S. Math/Chem, wife, family, I don't sell drugs, I have a real job, ect... He would have a different life if he listened to me, I called ALL of his problems before they happened, even down to the loss of his child. blah.. at least I am 30 years younger than he is and I know 50% of the questions on "Jeopardy!" Most of those questions are fucking retarded, "Who wrote ___ (insert penis here), in 1820 French literature".

Oh yeah, did I mention my uncle has a cocaine addiction at the age of almost 70? ... wow ...

Anyway.. If someone is saying that a negative re-enforcement protocol is acceptable among the youth, they will turn their backs and lose ALL respect for you, saying, "That guy is a fucking retard". They will fight to destroy a system they hated the most - NO, they did not build the system, they don't care about it.

In my industry I have seen first hand the "old school" mentality, I learned allot from them, yet they could have learned allot from me also.
In the end, their ignorance cost them. While I was using new technology and increasing profits they were still stuck in the same anti tech
old school rut. Doing things the hard way, not the smart way.

Young or old, we can all learn from each other, the ignorant will carry on at the expense of themselves and their families.
Unfortunately in a scenario where old hat politicians (who probably still cant wrap their heads around programing a VCR) are making
the rules, everyone suffers due to their ignorance.

IRS regulations state that proceeds from the sale of narcotics are non-taxable...
imma need a citation on that.

"All income from whatever source derived" makes no exceptions, and people have been busted for not paying their taxes on prostitution, bootlegging, gun running, and yes, even narcotics sales.

So, your support for why older more experienced people than you should listen to YOUR WISDOM is an anecdotal story about your uncle who is old and a dumbass?

Protip: Even dumbasses can live to a ripe old age. Age does not automatically confer wisdom, but youth pretty much guarantees ignorance.

Since you take such offense at being called an Occupy-tard, i must therefore infer that you ARE an Occupy-tard. Anyone who hears an Occupy-tards speak, and listens to their litany of impossible, unrelated schizophrenic demands will learn rather quickly that they ARE ignorant, they ARE stupid, and they ARE retarded.

Bragging about your "diplomas", how much money you make and how many bitches you fuck on the daily when youre rolling in your Maserati (which i must assume is stittin on Dubs) doesnt make you sound like a person who has received the benefit of education, it sounds more like you are a high school dropout with dreams of becoming a famous rapper.

I havent given you any "negative reinforcement" yet but you are wailing and crying like i hit you with the buckle.

imma let this drop now, you can be as dumb as you like, since i dont wanna get busted for Child Abuse.

IRC 280E specifically denies the deduction of expenses for drug-related activity as well, so any amount received in connection is fully taxable before considering expenses.

So I guess the shutdown plan now apparently is defund Obamacare or we'll give a paid vacation to government workers? Republicans paying people to not work... the irony.

I guess you can say they got a vacation Cruz out of it.

yeah i know this, but im lookin for a citation on IRS rules which make drug sales income non-taxable.

i seen plenty of evidence that drug sales (and in fact all illegal income) IS taxable, but nothing to support Harrekin's assertion that sellin dope is a tax exempt industry.

Everything you say is a waste of breathe. Burn in hell you old man, you are sour and your family hates you, be dead in 10 years, good. Goodbye. Don't talk to Ms. KYjelly.. Everything he says is a pure lie.. That guy is a fucking cop and/or informant.

anyway, the IRS ALWAYS wants their money. Here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxation_of_illegal_income_in_the_United_States
wait.. if everything i say is a "Waste of Breath", i should burn in hell and "Everything he says is a pure lie" then how does that comport with the fact that i already said illegal income IS taxable?

if everything i say is a pure lie, then that too must be a LIE, and since you are saying the same thing, that must mean YOU are a liar too, but since i just said youre a liar, that too must be a lie which makes what you said the truth, but its the same thing i said, so it's a lie...

ohh man.

if you actually have a degree (and im thinking your claims of holding a Dual B.S. is actually just BS) then surely you should be able to solve this logical conundrum...

when you cannot supoport your claims you tell the interlocutor to "burn in hell" and scream that nobody should respond to me or read what i say... that must have been a VERY interesting university you attended.

ohh shit, here i go beating the living shit out of dumbass kids again.

imma stop before i get in trouble with the law.

IRS form 3949-A explicitly states on their tax doding ratting, it includes federal illegal drug dealer.
