thought I would post a few pictures of the ladies in veg.

I'm SO happy now! The 2 Spyder seeds came up guys! TGIP!! "Thank God they popped!!
All the others I germed made it aswell. All except the lone Blueberry.

Oh well, have plenty more..

The Pure Kush & Grape God are coming along nicely. Here soon they will be ready to flower. Unless I get a wild hair in the ass and decide to keep the Grape God in veg longer! Haha.. I do believe I will.. Get that girl looking like "Stews" Bluedream..

** PS ** for those who are into freaky movies! An old classic is coming on tonight. Pumpking Head...

PSS! The seed you see infront of you is an early one. It had popped out of the lower popcorn nugs of Purple Voodoo#1 that was dusted with the Jack Herer pollen (bottom branches only) top cola got Bubblegum pollen.

Jack Voodoo is that new strains name..

How come you don't tossem in water for a few days? I always have pretty good luck with straight water, better than papertowel IMO?!?!?!

I have a near perfect germ rate with paper towels. Usually within 24 hours.

I've tried the water thing, Never had any luck..

I use a warm heat source to keep the bags that the paper towels are in warm. it helps quite a bit.

That's funny bcs I used to always throw them in paper towels but without any heating pads since that was one method I knew from old days of growing green beans as a kid. But then once had trouble with 3 hard headed Northern Lights that would not germinate, after 4 days of in papertowel, I thought they may rot and just put them in some tap water, I wasn't hoping for much, they took another 3-4 days but finally popped.

With papertowel I understand because you can easily keep it warm and let's not forget how much slower soil can be at times.

Well, let's see here.. #1 reason. As many strains as I run any given time, I would have 30 to 50 some shot glasses laying round.. lol.. I use the paper towel method because, #2 it works most of the time, depends a lot on how the "seeds" look to start.
For the most part I have a 90 to 100% germ rate. Every once in awhile I will loose maybe 1 or 2. That's not bad when it comes to popping higher #'s of beans/strains.

Dank and I self pop seeds that don't like to open. Some shells are just too hard to absorb water. No matter what method you use.

No need. Once the seed is cracked by hand it takes the water and sprouts within a couple hours. Literally. ask dank lol...... He just did it today.

BTW damn you grow 30-50 different strains at a time? Wow crazy, I wish I could do half that, no actually even 1/3 of that.
