Anyway, I received some potential good news.
Thee very real possibility of owning a home. It came up suddenly and I'm a little torn between giddy and nervousness.

That's harsh, I have a 3 bedroom house, non attached 2 car garage, and 7 acres for 54k.

Holy shit! up here land is like 300,000 and acre! Geuss I gotta move...my house is on a 1/2 acre lot, only 800 sq' and is about 225,000

I also live in the middle of nowhere PA, so I am sure that has a great deal to do with the pricing.
