No I got you...the "sale" isn't to the customer...it's from distributor to convenience store...not the consumer...1.5 liter is cheaper because they bought it at wholesale club instead of the distributor...it's a game...

Yeah my cousin does it,he owes a little quick stop store,he buys half the stuff in it at sams,said he saves and can sell it as cheap as the distributer wants him to sell his stuff,i use to do it too when i ran a campground,,sams is great place if your buying in bulk

That would be dope if you could make one of these. The perc is a Stereo Matrix perc, it's like 2 gridded donuts stacked on top of each other. It says there are over 200 pin holes in it, I never counted lol. All I know is that it stacks bubbles like a mother fk and it's so smooth taking big fat rips compared to any other bong I've hit so far in my life time. I'm sure some day I'll run into a better one. I have a couple others that are really smooth too, but not with the size rip as this guy.
