i may not agree with his policies, but the GOP could learn a thing or two from the guy.
instead of going full beenthere, he went moderate, built a coalition, and won in a landslide.
keep in mind, his landslide was partly due to things such as...
*democrats gave up on buono
*he outspent buono 6 to 1 or so
*he spent $24 million to keep cory booker off the ticket to increase his margin
nonetheless, he was able to overcome his shitty record with the economy, his stomping off gay rights, and other shortcomings with bipartisan appeal.
