Attitude seeds rip off report $900 stolen!!!

I have ordered off of attitude for years and the post office recently has lost my package and now attitude will not replace the parcel even though I paid extra for guaranteed delivery. I emailed Laura their rep and she refuses to send another package. I will be staying clear of attitude forever these guys will not honor their word and are down right liars. 900 dollars down the drain, if anybody has any advice on how I could get my money back let me know. I paid with a walmart money card , so I might try and see if I can dispute the charges? Oh yeah its been almost a month since I ordered.

Just a question, you paid for stealth shipping which would have given you access to tracking. Where did the chain of delivery end? Was it at the Post Office or was it delivered to your door and stolen? When I have seed deliveries coming I watch for the mailman and am out there getting them ASAP ( right now it's so they don't freeze :( ) Hope it works out for you, Larry

I dunno, but they've always been very courteous and forthright and very quick to address any issues that I've had. Be honest, were you being a dick or acting presumptuous, pretentious or any other "pre" word that I can't think of right now? Because yeah, I've heard about them snuffing people who act like dicks, but being very cooperative to people who email them with courtesy and dignity. Also, why the hell would you blow $900 on ONE order? Seriously? You were BEGGING to get ripped off somewhere along the line. You break up larger orders to minimize any losses. At the end of the day, I'd say this one is on YOU and not the Attitude.

they basically admitted that they are having issues with not only packs being intercepted, but also fraud!! i had to drill them to answer up to the fraud and they finally admitted it in the snottiest, abrupt way they could.
This claim was made earlier today, I asked him to elaborate (in thread and in PM) and got a worthless response.

o man... i could embarrass them and list every email back and forth but i wont do that out of respect of not wanting someone to lose their job or something. i think i elaborated enough... go search further in my other posts. like in the ones here in this sub forum. they admitted that they are having issues. they also admitted that they are having FRAUD issues, along with the rest of the UK in general they tried to say.

the final email had a nice little legally proper quote at the bottom too like they realized i caught them on this one. and they changed their tone from friendly to snotty real quick. i gave them TOO MANY chances, much less tried like hell to make it work. many times. BB gets the extra sales im going to continue with the seedbank warnings too. just letting u know.

please dont de-rail this thread too far either with an argument. if u need to PM me and im full. let me know. :smile: any ??'s bout my exp with attitude really dont belong in here as much as it helps the BB honestly.

I don't know Attitude has been A+ with me both my seeds got sucked up by customs green tape letter etc they re shipped next day then the reship gets sucked up they gave me a refund quickly. They are having issues getting orders through but I don't see them jacking you just my 2 cents their reps on the line. You should have ordered with your bank card you could dispute it then it becomes your banks issue B of A is awesome with this kind of thing they'll just open a claim you would have a reship from attitude or your 900 back either while they work on this ...now you're stuck like chuck.

dont go around trying to cover for attitude u obviously have an issue with ANYONE saying anything negative about it. even tho i have a right to. you sir are wrong.

i have another thread and MANY other posts that "ELABORATE" you are an idiot. people plz disregard this fool. he is just way too PRO - Attitude seed bank and cant live with what happened to me being true. :) now that my PM's are full because of him, he is going to go TROLL all of my posts and try to say im wrong or that i have no proof. wow.

hope u get your damn beans and blast it all over the place that atttiude came thru even tho all the bull u saw on here. and then go back and order some more... hope its fire too. know why?? id like it if that would happen for everyone... including me.

Ive said idk how many times that ive got plenty from them before. its just recently i ran into this issue.

but i sure would feel bad if someone got ripped off, when i could have possibly told them of what i had gone thru and discovered prior to them ordering.

im not the only one talking about issues beyond the package getting swiped at customs. whatever. always an issue when u talk the slightest negative about something popular around here.

i dealt with 2 or 3 different names other than Laura at the attitude customer service thru email... ive talked to them on the phone in the past (like a couple years ago)and it was a male with an accent. he suggested i just make the order over the phone while i was on it with him. giving CC numbers and all over the phone?? i didnt like that, told him id rather use the website and i did.

just letting u know there may be more than just this Laura person.

so your bank is saying they're getting fraud charges from the attitude, and this is prove of the attitude being a rip off?? how many people who use your bank do you think order beans from the attitude??
sounds like your bank is simply trying to cover their own asses, and saying what ever sounds good so they don't have to approve a charge for you imo.. i know i use a small ass bank, and am probably the only one who uses the attitude using their visa card..
lastly, the attitude uses an outside payment center, sage pay, who tons of other web based sites use, not even canna related, so maybe it's sage pay who are getting the fraud charges, and not specifically the attitutde, as i don't see how a bank would know the difference between which vendors were getting fraud charges using sage pay..

hey whoa man. no they sent me an email saying YES THEY HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES.

and no i check into the sage pay thing i talked to the woman on the phone for about 45 minutes like 10 times. its sickening. and so is the way im getting barked at for letting people know.

i was desperate to get a transaction thru during the promos the last two months. only this last time did attitude finally start responding to my emails a bit faster. only was this last one of ANY help and it obviously admitted them having some issues. they were "short" with me to put it lightly.

the bank said sagepay wasnt the problem. it was the attitude website. i gave the attitude like 5-6 times to clarify why the bank would say they were flagged for fraud and wont do transactions specifically with them. not sagepay. they danced around it all those times until this last email im talking about

so my point = something is not exactly going right atm with attitude for many. might be a kind of warning that u could be taking a risk ordering from them. do whatever u want. call me a liar too if u want. but what hell do i stand to gain from this. just a bunch of people on my jock becuase they dont want to hear it or they are skepticle. whatever.

like i said i hope attitude never has another problem EVER again. and that everyone who uses them gets their beans. i was only posting my experience trying to order and finding out about these issues.

I used a CC card from a different place, got them in ten days.
I appreciate the info, but dude using your Bank?
I have a little control with disputing a charge with MasterCard/Visa is easy but I would Never dispute a purchase like seeds.
