  • Thanks for the response. I'm sure I will have more questions. This is really the first time I have done a setup even close to this size, but we are trying to do something that will last many grows. Biggest concerns right now are with getting our power supply right, and calculating heating and cooling, while keeping it efficient enough to not break us while we are still getting the hang of it and not optimized.

Are you doing RDWC as well? What are the average night time temps, in Summer, where you live? It makes a huge difference for us to run our lights from 10pm-10am in the 707. They ACs usually run pretty low in our room since it's sealed and the reflectors are just passing through cool night air. We also run co2, so our room temps are in the 81-82F range (too hot for non co2 rooms).

Bullshit.... 81 - 82 is not to hot for the room, its too hot for your resevoirs though....

People are growing outdoors in 110 degrees in california, give ita fucking rest with your bullshit, jcommerce.
Thinking about doing a 10k setup with possibly some supplemental lighting. Is your veg room connected to the same hvac system? Anything else you have learned along the way with this specific setup would be a huge help. Thanks much, hope you don't mind me borrowing your ideas.

Hey. We have a 24000 BTU AC in the flower room and an 18000 BTU in the Veg/Harvest room. Both units are Sanyo combo AC, heat, and dehumidify. The heater never needs to kick on in the flower room because we ran our lights at night, but the heater function wis helpful in the Veg when night time temps are in the 30-40s in the winter. Feel free to shoot more questions. Bless
