looking for book recommendations on organics. KNF JADAM no-till etc, what have you read to make you the source of knowledge your are?
    Dear Mr Root,
If you have time and wish to share your knowledge, would you mind pointing me in the right direction of some rosin making essentials? Hair Straightener, Safe low micron bags, safe parchment paper and anything else I would need. I would greatly appreciate it and will sing praises of your name in my garden for all the ladies to know.
Hey hyroot... I've been looking into the Inda-grow lights and noticed you are a user of them. Do you have any threads on them I can follow? Do you recommend the light, do you mind telling me what kind of quality and yields you are getting? Are you using them for Veg or Flower or both? Any insights would be great, thanks
Could I get more info on how you made your sip box sound like what I want to do any info greatly appreciated

Say coconut and corn are supposed to be about the same thing. Do you think I'd get the same results if I used corn to replace both coconut and barley SST? If so I can get corn spout flour and just top dress with it. I'm almost out of barley and if you say try corn instead of barley I'll take your word for it and buy corn sprout instead.

I'm new to organic and running no till right now with the whole watering schedule from coot. I've been wanting to go water only route with minimal inputs but still able to get top quality, fast growth and high yields.

Coconut water and barley SST are the things I've been losing sleep trying to find a replacement for.Corn seems like it has benefits of both. What do you think?

Sorry I didnt know there was a text limit before writing all that.

So far so good. This is my first round flowering with them. So I can't give a full evalution of them. They do great for veg though. DIY is actually a lot easier than you think. Its just tedious. Once you get one cob done. Its much easier. Plenty of people here ro help out with builds.

Hey, I was wondering if i could bother you for a little more info about your aloe/kelp foliar. I saw you wrote that you bubble the tea for a bit before using. The bubbling would be specifically for the kelp, yes? Am I correct that if one were to use just aloe water, the bubbling wouldn't be necessary for foliar? Also, how much kelp meal do you include? Thanks in advance!

1/8 -1/4 cup of kelp meal per half gal of water. Bubble / brew for a day or 2. Add aloe right before I spray. I use fresh aloe from a leaf. Make sure to drain sap from leaf before using

hyroot, thank you so much for taking the time let me know your thoughts!! I really appreciate it buddy! I really thought long and hard about how I would like to start my next garden but all the info I get online is kinda biased. I thought about the trouble I may encounter if I did go through the chinese companies and I have to agree with you, it will be difficult and a pain in the ass. I just dont understand indagro's costs and how dramatically more expensive they are when indagro do infact buy their bulbs from chinese vendors. I bought (2) 330 watt flowering LEDs from a black star replica company and they do well but dont have that monster growth that one would see with hps or hid. I have to admit though, that the LED plants grew really healthy and had super green leaves just not the yield I was looking to get. I want to start a grow tent with the indagros but wanted to know what you thought about one indragro for my personal needs.
What do you think about these induction lights from China? They are vastly more inexpensive than indagro...

I have been using inda-gro for a while now too and would highly recommend the product and company.
I looked at all the "chinese" induction lamps and drivers too and when you price them out and factor in building a reflector to house them you will see that inda-gro is probably not getting rich off of these.

Plus, even though the inda-gro lamp is manufactured in china, it is to their spec and phosphor blend.
Then think about warranty - if "china" bulb or driver fails will you be able to get back in contact with the seller and will they stand behind it? I did have a problem with my 420 and it was no questions asked instantly remedied.

You can find deals on them if you search around online and it also doesn't hurt to call inda-gro directly and see if maybe they have a demo or other at a discounted price
