    4 x 5 and 2 good size plants you could get away with a 600. But if you ever plan to go bigger you might as well get a digital 1000. You can dial a 1000 to 750 or 500 en with a 1000 watt bulb. (600's will do the same, similar) This would allow you to dial things back if they get to hot. Next you'll want a cooling thermostat (or dual stage, heat and cooling) Sounds like you'll need mostly cooling.

    The ITS 308 from Ink-Bird would be a good controller at $30. This would turn your fans on as things warm up to suck the hot air out. The opposite end would be hooked to duct work to an outdoor location. (Note if you have neighbors you may need a charcoal filter on the dust shroom end) When you suck air from a room via a fan you atleast need a passive intake double the size you pulling through.

    If your still building heat you could add a powered inlet or if things are really warm you may need an AC unit. This is based on climate.
