How much per and where are you located?

Where did you get those self tapping screws? I've got some vero 13 and 18's on the way and need to affix them to a heatsink and would rather not have to tap all day and get frustrated. lol Also, which thermal past would you have used...i see artic has some good ones like the silver edition.
