    They are pretty easy. Most are nute sensitive so feed lightly and slowly build up. I have them under continuous light.

    Thanks. I saw other filters like this so I thought I'd give it a try. The box has all seams taped shut tight and the hole cut for the filter is just about 1" around the edge smaller to provide support when I laid it on the box and duct tapped it. It's working great!

    Aaah..u gave em nutes...could I ask u a favor? Could u PLEASE examine my kid...there are a few things that just seem....off.
    I think water, kisses, my talks w/ it, sunlight & adequate ventilation are the main things keepin it alive..Lbvs
