The closest town to me that you've heard of is Grants Pass. Rice Hill is where the weather changes, AND, the place with the best ice cream.
I have a friend in Cottage Grove. Love that town, it hasn't changed since they filmed the parade scene from Animal House there.

Got your #. Will save it in case I need it. We can meet up after harvest and trade an oz. or two for an oz. or two if your up for it, or not, whatever makes you comfortable. I'll be 65 in a week.

If you flush, wait until a week or so before you're going to harvest. Lane County is a little farther north than Josephine County, but we probably harvest around the same time. When the time comes, give your plants a regular feeding, wait a couple of days and then water the hell out of them. Wait a couple more days and do it again. Then harvest.

When to flush is a learned skill. I'm on the fence about flushing anyway. Cannabis is the only plant that people flush. No one flushes tobacco, citrus, tomatos, corn, etc. I've done it in the past. I haven't done it in the past. IMO, if you're using chemical nutes, then flush. If you're using organic, don't.
Pick a plan & go with it. It's just weed, it's hard to screw it up. Wait longer than you think to harvest though.

Yeah, I was checking that thread out as well. Don't know if I'll go, but it sounds like fun. I looked on a map. That lake is down near Yuba City / Marysville, CA, just north of Sacramento.

If your plants are in soil, stick your finger in the soil. If it's dry at the end of your finger, give 'em some more water. If they're drooping, and you'll know if when you see it, give 'em some water. It's been wicked hot down here although tomorrow will be in the 70's.

At my age, even with a scope I have a problem telling the difference between clear and cloudy, so I use the ratio of 80% clear or cloudy & 20% amber. 2) The pistils (red hairs) have receded into the bud. 3) The overall plant looks finished.
I had clones in the ground May 1. I "expect" to harvest around October 10th, but that's just a guess at this part. I wouldn't think you're even close to ready yet.

I use a combination of 1) The "correct" ratio of trichs. Trichs are always being produced. Some folks like more amber (CBD's) some like more cloudy (THC).
He's probably well over 400 lbs. Knows he should lose weight, but he just can't grasp the concept of portion control. Knees & ankles are completely shot.

Hi Faded Lady. Hope all is well with you. Got back from San Diego in one piece although those Calif. drivers are F#$&*g nuts. Dropped a care package off with my buddy. Got the feeling I've seen him for the last time, at least while he's living on his own. Poor guy can barely get out of his chair into his wheelchair & vice versa. -
