    cxb 3590 -3000k's the latest and greatest in veg and Sk600's in flower with some 730's and a uv mh bulb as supplemental light. My lock -out/ deficiency is directly related to light proximity. The closer to the light the bigger the problem

    Unless I've read that wrong. 3000k is more of a flowering lamp. Unless you want lanky plants. 5000k is more of a verging bulb.

    It has a full spread and hits 660 like a truck . The more photons at lazier wavelengths. Also my Hempstar is not stretcher at all so I need to do all I can to get it to stretch out. As it is it takes 52 days to get to 2 feet tall

    those 3590 3000K put out a lot more light then "it looks like". I had some light stress in vegging plants 8" from light
