Sorry been out of country for a few months... research pk tek .....buy at least 4 dozen jars and a pressure cooker. one good run will get you a 1/4 pound....good luck

shrooms looking pretty damn yummy : p could use some of those right about now. haha very nice.. I'm hopefully going to start my own little batches and possibly use one more than 3 times. HOPEFULLY But we will see. . any advice would be lovely
