II mix trim and buds but I grind it all down to an almost powder and I pack it tightly into my extraction tube which is PVC by the way but I've discontinued the use of that tube and I'm getting glass tomorrow

Thank you for your reply I've noticed that some small specks of my trim had fallen into my pyrex and those specks darkened my product tremendously . Also im only getting around 4 grams per ounce is that a normal yield?

My first try at shatter also blasted 8oz of trim with 15 cans of 300 ml of 11× refined Neon butane but mine looks nothing like hours purged with hot water baths 15 grams yielded bit mime looks like a dark gold color like wet instant coffee
