Are you growing indoors ? If so if you have keep the inside of your house / room warmer then you wouldn’t need to heat the tent. You can get a tube heater which use little electricity.

The one on the right has really perked up since I switched him into a pot with dry soil. I assume that the left one will also recover I probably over watered both.
