It's the same stuff , different density. Rockwool rwa45 is dense slabs for heat and sound insulation, but it's not as dense as rockwool cubes for growing. I'd imagine it could be used , but not sure it would physically support a plant as well as Grodan

If you've got circulation fans , which I assume you have, you might want to be able to turn them off from outside the tent, so that when you do open the tent there's minimal stink getting swished about.

Personally I wouldn't want more light intensity, but I'd want the heat that comes with turning it up. Least at the size they're at. And yeah, that's what I mean with regard to timing, but you'd need smart timer to do it.

The way I see it, you need to get the temps up. The options are, a heater. Or Running fan on 1minute every 5, you'd have to experiment to see what works best as far as timing. Or turning the light up but raising it far away, so your increasing wattage without increasing intensity.
