Looks Like Mag def. Do you use cal/mag or epsom salt?
You may consider r/o. I use it and my water is only 40-44ppm. Mainly I use it for chlorine removal. It takes approx. a day for chlorine to dissapate. When using r/o you have to replace the mag. Cal/mag is one product that I don't use or like to recommend. Epsom does the same thing. You're replacing what the filters take out. Yes, epsom is magnesium and what about the calcium? In my opinion mj does'nt use much calcium but, can be a mag whore. I feel the cal provided by nutrients is enough.

I would flush w/ mild solution and re-feed w/ epsom added at 1.5tsp. per/gal
