Dont keep the T5 lights as close as everyone said, half these people have heat stressed the crap out of their plants, i do around 3 - 4 inches for seedlings since they like more heat but 6 inches away is optimal when the growth gets bigger.
Molasses is really good to use also throught all flowering stage. i choose lollipop method because i have got bigger fatter colas instead of small fluffy nugs, and most of all dont mess with the plants constantly, jsut let them grow and do their thing, its always exciting, but let them be.
