Awesome read my friend, thank you doesn't even cover it! I think I got the basics down (thanks to you and A LOT of reading, haven't read this much since I was in school). Later on during the veg state after week 3 or 4 I'll bother you some more. Hey guess what! That journal you linked me to it was started the day of my birthday! Hello Destillat, I also found this http://www.thelashop.com/grow-room-ventilation-160-cfm-carbon-filter-fan-4-inch.html as a pretty good solution I might say for the air filtration considering my space . What do you think of it (I was thinking of then having a air duct from the end of that filter vent to the attic)? would that be enough to "refresh" the grow space. Of course I would also have to have an air intake. I have a ac duct pretty close by, would you recommend just making a small air duct to the cabin or would I also need an intake fan to suck the air from the ac vent? Thanks again for all your help and info friend, it really helps a lot when this is my first time. I will definitely be making a journal our of this one once I start to build the thing. :) I'm really excited now about my project.

P.S Heard a preferred method is dual MH and HPS? Would this an overkill for one plant? Also what would be the best distance to keep the lights from the plant once it germs?

Thank you so much for your reply. Yeah I meant 1 bulb for each plant of each. One for veg and one for flower. One question though will that system that you sent me also support the HPS bulbs? Would it simply be a matter of replacing the bulb for the other once she's ready to flower? Thank you btw for clarifying the mother issues (xD). Question though (again) can I have the mother in soil in the 5 gl and then grow the offspring hydroponically? Or would it just be easier for me right now (considering my noob status) to do both in soil then when I'm more accustomed to the practices go into the deep end with hydroponics?

And no I haven't bought anything yet. I was waiting for your reply and to read up some more before I make any decisions. I'm really trying to get this as right as possible my first time around. It's a must that I get a decent yield out of that first harvest.

With my space you think this would be enough. 2 for veg and 2 for flower for both plants? So let me see if I get this straight. A mother is a mother because you never get her to flower? And out of that mother then you make the clones and those you do flower correct? Just trying to get the overall concept of things while I wait.....impatiently I may add... It's gonna be a rough few nights

The area my wife measured is wrong , the actual size is 16 inches deep x 26 inches wide x 8 feet tall. I'm going to separate the closet in two half, bottom and top , one for the mother one for the baby I'll start planning!

Hey my friend sorry again for the messages .. Decided on the Kalashnikova , you think with 5 seeds starting it's ok for the mother and the clones? or 10? Also I'm going to ask for stealth delivery with the T but don't know about the package of the actual seeds. What would you recommend?Also would you think that could make a good mother and bud plant?

OK got the measurements back...smaller than I thought .... 26 inches wide (little over 2 feet) , 16 inch depth (about a foot and half) and height is over 8 feet at least (I can't reach the roof with my hands and I'm almost 6 feet tall). But seeing what this guys is doing with the little doll closet I think I'm ok right?

Best 3 visitor messages I have EVER gotten I can roger that. A lot to take in but I got the jest of it. I think I might not be able to use that linen closet. The size I would say is about maybe 2.5 maybe 3 feet wide about 2 feet deep and about 8 feet tall.... Not sure if that would be enough. I wouldn't mind having then one strain if it would mean having to have less space. Besides if I wanted to smoke during the say I'll just take a few hits less than I would regularly take during the night so I won't be as baked if I want to do some day activities. Maybe at some other point when I have more space to work with I can manage two strains. With only one strain would the dimensions I specified work for what I want you think (I got my wife at home measuring the space to be exact as we speak xD)?

About grow space, I don't have much per say. I was planning on one of those linen closets you know. It is in a bathroom in the second floor with a window. I'm sure I can set up something nice in there. Would you happen to have an idea as to how much space I need (sq ft) for a good 1 plant. I was also thinking that maybe I can grow two, one for the night and one for day and to go out and stuff. Like you said it would be hard to do both but I think I am more than capable of being enough strict with my grow techniques to make it happen. Maybe separate the closet into two sections , top section cut off form bottom section so the bottom plant does not get pollinated by the top. That way I can arrange lighting for both separately..what do you think?

I am beginning to grow fond of this sour strain you introduced me too, so far all the reviews I've read are great, maybe end up buying that strain today. I just want to be extra sure because I am not going to be ordering again for some time if ever (because I'm growing a mother as well, like you suggested) and I want to have the perfect strain for me. Everything is sounding good except the smell, one reviews says it smells like pone trees and gasoline...not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing... xD ...any who, I'm going to lunch right now, meeting up with the wife so I'll take her input and come back in couple of hours and continue the search, although I just might buy those and get it over with, we'll see by the end of today.

Well usually/most of the time I smoke at night. I have to work and be around people during the day, sometimes I'm in a meeting for hours so most of the time I smoke at night to relax , watch some hoops or a good movie with the wife or a animated flick with the kids, stuff like that. It would be ideal to have the two, one for day and one for night, but the primary would be for night. I only smoke during the day when it's my day off (once a week) or when the kids are away somewhere with their cousins or something. I'm guessing Inica dominant would a better fit for me, maybe with a dash of sativa so I won't be totally useless . I also like to stay up at night and work on my coding for my website, my best mods (for vb btw) come when I'm stoned out of my mind like at 2 in the am. What characteristics should a mother have?

What do you think about Green House Seeds Kalashnikova Feminized? . Looks very good for my first grow. Good yield, strong bud, medium height, not too long flowering period and photoperiod. Looking at it over at Atittude, wonder why it's ot as expensive as some of the Auto ones though. This one seems to have better genetics but not as expensive as some other ones there....

It so damn hard to pick a seed. I bought the green dot prepaid visa and everything just now but I can' pick a damn strain! I want something powerful and not too huge of a plant to grow with good yields...Is that too much to ask for? xD
