Made my first trip to the dispensary yesterday. What a great weekend. Good luck to everyone waiting. The wait sucks but at least to me it is worth it.

Have a letter from IDPH. Yay! I was afraid they weren't sending out letters anymore. Applied November 2 Approved Sometime early this week. Informed delivery shows letter from IDPH today

Update. Just called state office. Was told I was approved ewxently. Could take 21 days for card. Yay! Asked about the letter, she said she didn't know if I would get a temp card or not. So stoked that I finally know something not stoked about more waiting. Applied online November 2nd .

Just called spoke to operator. Submitted online with my VA med files. Operator said that haven't got to it yet. Really trying to avoid pain medication. This is fucking ridiculous. At this point its probably quicker to get a perscription of opiates and go that route to get a card. Fuck. Edited...
