Something actually from IDPH is in my informed delivery today!! I'll update tonight after work to see if it's my card. If so it took literally the full 90 days

I went through innovative Express. I believe they submit it online since they emailed me the receipt on 9/12. I have not called IDPH at all didnt wanna slow the processing

Sounds like you do your research. Im not sure if you would add this as a credible issue but if idph just gave everyone provisional access I don't think the dispensaries would meet the demand of cannabis. Everyone gets a card but no bud because grow ops at the moment aren't producing full...
