Looks to me like dammaged leaf growth deformity possibly from an insect bite. You dont seem to have any bugs. I would suggest removing any damaged leaves and see if it happens again. I do also notice red stem relating to food deficiancy, possibly ph.

Its incredibly unlikely to be contamination pollen, as pollen is not superhuman it is in fact very fragile and is only fertile for a short period of time and this is not Morocco nobody grows males in UK and certainly not to maturity, unless they'er breeding.
