Ok , seeds are here and im not an electrician so im opting to buy a grow box off ebay.. I fount this cheap little setup it looks solid to me just the lighting is a little weak... Should I add a 2700K / 6500K to atleast get over the 100W gap to secure a decent harvest. Whats your opinions...

I thought the ratio was 100W ATLEAST for one plant then an addition 50-100w for another? depending on grow space my space is pretty small and ill be reflecting with mylar also... should I be ok with atleast 2 actually?
