Just buy yourself a complete kit. comes with bulbs and hood and socket set and ballast. that low light cfl you have is only good for propagation of clones. its about 2700K which is its color. you need a stronger light source. if you buy it complete its cheaper...ebay or amazon. home center stores have adequate lights also. hope that helps
