This is how I use the Myco, may or may not work for you.
I place the medium in the mesh bags, throw the bag in the reservoir, and then pour 1-2 tablespoons of Rooter's Myco in, depending on the size of the rez. I leave the bags in the reservoir when I flush and replace nutrients, adding more Myco every month to refresh the colonies.
Not much more to it than that, although I am looking to add azospirillum as soon as I can source some (pulls nitrogen out of the atmosphere and feeds it directly to the plant's roots; nitrogen fixation).
Feel free to shoot me over anymore questions you might have.
