Got an email from the IDPH yesterday (day 91). “Your patient registry card has been approved and sent to printing, you should have it within 10-14 days” Out of the blue. Paid and submitted online, June 20. Day 92, no card.

I called the 855 number 34 times today, I managed to get into the que 3 times however they were all eventually transferred back to the section that says “please call back at a later time due to high call volume” so I haven’t talked to anyone. Also sent an e-mail today, no response yet...

Couldn’t agree more.. well said, I absolutely agree I want answers and I believe that I’m entitled to some details regarding my application. After 90 days of waiting. I will also be asking to speak to someone in management this week. I will be at 100 days on Friday

I’m starting to think the wait is now 120-150 days.... When I submitted my application in June the lady said “60-90 days with 90 being the extreme, meaning there was a problem”.... I’m tempted to call and ask to speak to a supervisor or something, it’s not right that we can’t ovtain more...
