On mine, it lists my name and QP ID. The next lines are Caregiver: NONE, Caregiver ID#: NONE. Not sure what that means.

My provisional paper lists my dispensary. My card doesn't. It says, "NONE". So, I'm not sure how to fix this. Damn state.

I filed my paperwork online on 12/10/18. On Jan.29, I received my provisional paper. Today, to my shock, I received the actual physical card! Whew!

The governor only closed 6 agencies, and IDPH is NOT one of them. I'm sure they'll be short-staffed, but they're open. Luckily, I work for an agency that the governor staffs half of (not me), so he closed mine! Just wish I had my card and some cannabis to enjoy in this Arctic Tundra!

The way they do things here are pretty bad. I haven't looked to see how long it takes for other states. I remember a guy in one state said he turned in his paperwork, they took his picture, and he had the card in less than 48 hours. Are we one of the only states that require the ridiculous...

I work for the state, so I'm only basing this on every other agency that I've been involved with. Every agency that I work around (and I'm in a Chicago building with most of the state agencies) has people that are strictly hired to answer phones. I see no reason why that office would be any...

Exactly right. It does not slow them down at all. They hire people to strictly take phone calls. They are not involved in the application process, except for looking up the information.

Sad that they can't fix the printers. Hey, JB Pritzker, let's bring the printing operation to Illinois! This is all ridiculous!

The thing about it benefiting by filing online is only a very very recent conclusion. Nobody knew this was coming. It's all in Bizarro-World now!
