15 amp breaker on 120v would be full provided there isn't anything else on that circuit. Most likely you have other electric on that breaker. Thats pushing it.

Looks fine to me. Unfortunately many start counting "flower time" after they see pistils which can be misleading. I think the better way indoors is to start counting from the flip.

A friend with auto pots battles with salt build up constantly and flushing is a real pain in the a$$. . Just putting it out there.
