I use mine in the attic and its around 115 degrees in the summer and the unit functions just fine. mine is only a 1000 model so its not designed to do large spaces so I exhuast everything into a large cardboard box with a foam lining inside (to muffle sound) and I place the unit in the box that way I get a concentrated area of ozone that the exhuast must pass through before it "goes public". Running the exhuast through the unit will work and they even sell inline ozone generators just for that just make sure your not sending the air into your living space ozone can be deadly in large amounts, also it lasts for around 30 min so with the box method you can use a timer 15 on 30 off to extend the life of the unit and to save money.
