Id run 6 afgan kush ryders. Get an 8 bulb t-5 and 4 3000 k bulbs. You should be able yo pick up a t-5 ho with 8 6500 k veg bulbs for about 200. Replace 1/2 the 6500 k bulbs with the 3000 k flowering bulbs. Run them about 5" or so above the plants. Look on amazon for a fan and filter combo about 140.00 bucks. You should also buy a ph meter. You should be able to set the whole grow up for under 650 with pots ( smart pots 5 gallon) dirt seeds and nutes. You should be able to pull 12 ounces and up to 24 ounces depending on how well your grow goes.
