Will mixing this in a lil bit of water help?
I found some things about the cig butts on google..i soaked em in water, then i boiled it..im kinda afraid to use it, but the water is a yellow color..i heard this might clog the stomata pores

root rot happens when there is too much water, moisture in the soil. the roots turn brown(healthy roots are bright white and fuzzy) and the roots get slimey and the plant is wrecked by it.
