You won't look suspicious at all only using that much power. The electrical companies don't report small growers. Only if you are running like 10 x 1000w lights or somethig like that. You hear about small growers getting busted cause they are stealing electricity.

It depends on the size of your reservoir, and no, do not add nutes everyday, just once. I can't help you with ammounts, it dependas on what nutrients you get. Go to a local grow store, and tell them you need a mixing chart and some nutrients, they will help you more in 5 minutes than I can at all on here.
